Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Baby Sleep Tracker Little Nap (“we”, “us”, or “our”) handles information in the Baby Sleep Tracker Little Nap app. We built Baby Sleep Tracker Little Nap to be private by design: your baby’s sleep data stays on your device, and we collect the minimum needed to run the app.

1. Information You Provide

• Account information. When you sign in with Apple or Google, we receive a user identifier and, only if your provider shares it, your email address. This is used to secure your account and sync your profile.
• Baby and sleep data. Your child’s profile (such as name and avatar), sleep records, notes, reminders, and app settings are entered by you. This data is stored locally on your device.
• Subscription status. To unlock Baby Sleep Tracker Little Nap Premium we receive your purchase status from Apple. We never see your full payment details.

2. Information We Do Not Collect

We do not use third-party analytics or advertising SDKs. We do not track you across other apps or websites. We do not collect device advertising identifiers, location, contacts, or any baby/sleep data on our servers.

3. How Your Data Is Stored

• On your device. All baby and sleep data is stored locally using Apple’s on-device storage. If you use the same Apple ID across devices, this data may be backed up by iCloud under your Apple account, governed by Apple’s privacy terms.
• Authentication profile. A minimal profile document (user id, email if provided, sign-in provider, and timestamps) is stored with Google Firebase to manage your sign-in. No baby or sleep data is sent to this service.

4. How We Use Information

We use your information only to:

• authenticate you and keep your account secure;
• provide and maintain the App’s features;
• verify and restore your subscription;
• respond to your support requests.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.

5. Third-Party Services

We rely on a small number of trusted providers, each governed by its own privacy policy:

• Apple (Sign in with Apple, App Store purchases, on-device storage).
• Google (Sign-In) and Google Firebase (authentication and the minimal profile document).

These providers process data only to perform the functions described above.

6. Children’s Privacy

Baby Sleep Tracker Little Nap is intended for use by parents and caregivers aged 18 or older. Information about a child is entered by the adult who uses the App, and that data remains on the adult’s device. The App is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children.

7. Data Retention and Deletion

Your baby and sleep data remains on your device until you delete it or uninstall the App.

You can delete your account at any time from the App’s settings. Deleting your account removes your authentication profile, deletes the local baby/sleep data owned by that account, and removes your account from our sign-in provider.

8. Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information. Because your baby/sleep data lives on your device, you can exercise most of these rights directly within the App. For account-level requests, contact us using the details below.

9. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including the security features provided by Apple and our authentication provider. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. International Transfers

Our authentication provider may process the minimal profile data on servers located in other countries. Where required, appropriate safeguards are applied to such transfers.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Material changes will be communicated through the App.
